Congratulations to The Smokin’ B.A.R. for their outstanding performance at our 2011 event! Taking 1st Place in Pork Ribs, 3rd Place in Pork, 5th Place in Chicken and 7th Place in Brisket helped this spectacular barbecue team take home the title of Grand Champion of the 2011 Best Dam Barbecue Challenge! The Smokin’ B.A.R.’s win comes along with qualification into the Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational Barbecue AND American Royal World Series of Barbecue!

All Sauced Up also put in an impressive performance for a second year in a row and after taking first place in the Brisket Individual Competition for a second straight year, and was awarded the title of Reserve Grand Champion! In addition, a HUGE congratulations goes out to All Sauced Up for being crowned the Nevada State Barbecue Champion!
